President and Owner
In April 2015, Enrico became the branch manager of a Nationwide Insurance Agency. With his experience as a licensed life, accident, health, property, and casualty broker, he developed a significant book of business and a close relationship with his clients. In October 2020, Enrico became the sole owner of Cactus Agency, which was established in 2014. The premium base is currently at 10 million dollars and continues to grow daily. Enrico also has a financial background and is licensed as a mortgage loan originator.

Bob has an insurance career spanning more than four decades with special emphasis on the development of risk management programs for many of the leading Fortune 500 companies. Bob is highly proficient in the creation, formation, and implementation of new to market insurance products. Some of his specialties include captive insurance company formation, reinsurance placements, and insurance market strategies.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin is a workers’ compensation and target casualty specialist with 25 years of experience working in insurance, risk management, and payroll platform-based solutions for national large and mid-market risks. He is responsible for founding and operating one of Florida’s premier workers’ compensation agency groups. Kevin has experience with all types of programs, ranging from large deductible policies to self-insurance. Primary industries served are high hazard group construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and transportation. He is an active member of both the Florida Association for Insurance Reform and the National Ethics Association.
Lynn Petrofsky

Lynn is a licensed insurance professional that has worked in the retail and wholesale industry. Having been a risk manager for two workers’ compensation safety groups—and with knowledge of personal, commercial, and professional lines—she is able to accommodate all her clients’ servicing needs. Her expertise lies in developing and managing client service practices to ensure exceptional levels of client service, resulting in strong client retention levels and sales growth. Lynn has received her Associate of Sales degree and has taken on the additional role of agency marketing.
